Corey Craig

CEO, LNHA, MBA

Corey has overseen healthcare operations in the nursing home industry in the state of Kansas since 2015. He obtained his MBA with an emphasis in leadership and is a licensed nursing home administrator. Corey brings his expertise in finance, human resources, and compliance. In his time as an administrator, he operated and maintained only 5 star rated facilities and achieved three deficiency-free surveys.

Jasmine Bell

VP of Clinical Operations, RN, CHPN, CDP

Jasmine is a Kansas City native who has worked in healthcare since 2011 and hospice since 2018. Jasmine brings expertise in quality patient care, customer service, and dementia care. Jasmine is a Certified Hospice & Palliative Care Nurse and a Certified Dementia Practitioner.

"My joy comes from making our families and patients happy by providing quality care, education and comfort. Dementia is my specialty and I pride myself on ensuring our patients and families battling dementia get informed and accurate information to ensure the very best end of life care."

Samantha Fatall

Clinical Director Kansas City, RN, BSN

Samantha is a Kansas City native who has worked in healthcare since 2009 and worked in the hospice industry since 2012. Samantha started off as a CNA in 2009, worked her way through school to become an LPN, where she fell in love with hospice, then graduated with her RN/BSN in 2017. Samantha brings a total of 12 years of hospice experience as well as 4 years of hospice management experience.

“My favorite part of working in hospice is getting to know my patients and their families, learning about their lives and being a part of their journey. It is such an honor to help our patients and their family members through such a sacred time. It is really special to watch their devotion for each other and to be a part of making the process as peaceful as it can be for them.”
